The procedure for submitting work requests for construction will depend on how The Workflow Manager's work request states and actions have been configured for a particular installation. A work request may be automatically submitted for construction as soon as it has been approved.

The Construction Initiated command on the Workflow Manager's default Actions menu can be used to manually indicate that the work request has been submitted for construction. This command changes the state of a work request to In Construction.
